General Manager, Sauna360

Are you an experienced leader looking to make a significant impact at a high-growth global company? As the General Manager for Sauna360, you will oversee the full P&L of the Sauna category for Watkins Wellness, including the Sauna360 business unit and sauna business driven by the Watkins commercial teams. As part of the Watkins Executive Leadership Team, you will develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve corporate objectives for the Sauna category.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

Are you a strategic leader? You will lead the overall strategy and business operations for the Sauna360 business, responsible for all entities (USA, Finland, Sweden, UK) and operating facilities. You will own the Company level Key Performance Indicators for the Sauna360 business and lead the development and implementation of business development and expansion opportunities.

Can you drive financial success? You will have overall accountability for the P&L of the Sauna360 business, driving growth, share gain, and margin expansion. Along with the head of Finance, you will provide all necessary reporting for the Sauna360 business and develop multi-year strategic and financial plans to ensure long-term revenue and operating income targets are achieved.

Do you excel in people and culture management? Working with the Watkins head of HR, you will be responsible for talent development and acquisition, driving cultural integration, and increasing employee engagement across all facilities. You will establish a robust operating model to work sustainably with the Watkins team in a matrix environment.

Are you skilled in integration? You will lead the integration activities of Sauna360 with Watkins Wellness, developing Sauna360 into a scalable platform over the next 2-3 years. You will implement identified synergy opportunities, working with cross-functional teams from Watkins and Sauna360 to maximize the business potential.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; MBA preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a manufacturing company in leadership roles with P&L experience. High-ticket durable goods experience, and sauna or spa industry experience preferred.

Hiring Range: $157,100.00 - $246,840.00

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
