Job Profile: General Manager : Digicel Business Solutions
Primary objective of the job:
Deliver on the sales and revenue objectives of the Digicel Business Solutions operation by driving revenue and customer numbers, growing market share and market positioning whilst providing ‘Best in Class’ customer service experience at all times. Oversees Digicel Business Sales Department activities
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Delivery of the Digicel Business Solutions Sales revenue and cost budget Provide leadership and build a strategy of over performance Instruct, train, mentor and manage direct reports and other inside sales resources as assigned Build effective relationships with both internal and external customers Represent DBS in a positive and professional manner in the Business Community Provide accurate forecasts, updates in a timely manner Identify and investigate growth opportunities for the company in the market Identify areas of improvement in the Business sales department and assist in creating and implementing solutions Create a high-performance sales and service culture Adhere to all compliance and code of conduct policies Use professional business judgment and be prepared to define plans, justify actions, and identify further opportunities for growth for the team Contribute to the management’s team strategic planning for the organization
Academic qualifications and experience required:
Master’s degree in business management, marketing or a related discipline Ten or more year’s leadership experience with proven track record in sales management with experience in Cloud infrastructure (cloud storage and computing). General knowledge of the global marketplace to effectively understand the changing marketing dynamics and its impact on the local market. Project Management Certification Minimum 5 years senior leadership experience Experienced in delivering organizational change across people, process and propositions
