As the **General Manager of Food and Housekeeping,** we are looking for a leader with experience working with hospital clients, managing hourly staff, experience with Patient Services and in room dining programs, and catering skills. This facility has easy access to highways and the Southeastern Pennsylvania area, including Philadelphia. As the Director over both services, you will need strong communication skills with both the staff and our clients. Get to know us: https://eagleville.org/ **The ideal candidate:** + can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and The Market Connection (TMC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. + have knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures; + have experience improving patient satisfaction, and driving full compliance to HCAHPS, local, state and Joint Commission standards; + have 3-5 years previous food and custodial management experience, in a hospital or senior living facility; healthcare experience preferred but not required. + Will be responsible for training and development of both a management and hourly staff, + Will ensure HACCP compliance, + provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff, + support a diverse and inclusive workforce. **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
