Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 - Food to support Bellevue Medical Center located in Bellevue, NE.

The successful candidate will:

 

have oversight of day-to-day operations;create and deliver innovative and enriching cafe experiences for patients, family and staff daily;evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction; collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient and customer experience;achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits; perform management functions that include direct supervision of Managers and frontline staff including employee development.manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies;develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
