Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 4  to join our team at Liberty Mutual in Downtown Boston! This high end food program consists of Cafe, Catering and Office Pantry Services.  

 

As the General Manager 4, you will report to the onsite Area General Manager and have oversight of the day to day food operation.  In in this lead management role duties will include but not limited to:

 

Overseeing the the unit financials/budgets with the AGMMarketing and innovationProject ManagementDriving  revenue and growthDeveloping and administering Food policies, programs and practicesDay to day client interactionLeadership support for a team of  3 salaried managers, and 15 non-union hourly employees

The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years’ experience in food management leadership, a strong financial acumen, computer literacy as well as excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills. Prior management experience in corporate environment is a plus for the role.

 

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday.  Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire).  Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  

Basic Management Experience - 5 years              

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
