**Role Overview**
Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 - Patient Services for MedStar Washington Hospital Center located in Washington, DC. As the largest private hospital in the nation's capital, MedStar Washington Hospital Center is a premier healthcare facility committed to delivering exceptional service and care.
We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for innovation, training, process improvement, and team building. This position will primarily focus on patient services.

**What You'll Do**
+ act as the primary liaison between the patient services department and the nursing department to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
+ coordinate and facilitate food safety training programs to meet compliance and enhance staff knowledge
+ Monitor and evaluate patient satisfaction metrics to identify areas of improvement and initiate necessary changes
+ support the development and rollout of innovative programs designed to elevate the patient experience
