**Unit Description** Sodexo is hiring a **General Manager Concessions and Premium Space** at **Texas Christian University** , located in **Fort Worth, TX** . This GM5 will operate a rapidly growing, prestigious unit at one of Sodexo’s showcase accounts. This General Manager will oversee concessions, club, suites, and catering. The ideal candidate will: + Have previous upper level management in a university or Sports and Leisure setting; + Be proficient in use of online Food Management Systems for menu/recipe planning, ordering and inventory; + Have experience in starting up new accounts and/or have been through remodel/reconstruction of accounts – knowledge of ordering equipment and necessary hardgoods and hiring/staffing/scheduling for start-ups a plus. + Be a people person with a strong focus with maintaining positive client relations; + Be a multi-tasker, organized, innovative and an effective leader who can motivate their staff.
