Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team at a high-volume restaurant at Inside Park at St. Bart's in New York, NY! 

 

The ideal candidate will have experience with large accounts, proficiency in software systems and excellent communication skills. We seek an organized, driven, and energetic individual who stays ahead of industry trends, handles change well, and can take direction and feedback from multiple leaders. This position requires the ability to lead a diverse team, face daily challenges, and maintain a positive and energetic work environment. experience managing a team both front-of-house and back-of-housefinancial acumen, experience with creating and managing budgetsexperience training and mentoring a talented and diverse staffcustomer driven and strong track record in organizational developmentsuperior client relations skills and executive presencewho has experience with farm to table cuisine and sustainabilityexperience with building great teams
