Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 5 - Food to oversee food operations for two locations:
Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center (Enola, PA) – a 110-bed acute care facility specializing in medical and surgical care, women's health, labor and delivery, and imaging and lab services.
Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center (Camp Hill, PA) – a 318-bed acute care hospital providing high-quality patient care and community healthcare services.
This position will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Patient Dining, Retail Food Services, and Catering at both locations.

What You'll Do Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of 70 employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Drive patient satisfaction through high-quality food service and adherence to HACCP policies and procedures.
Oversee retail food operations to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue.
Manage catering services to support hospital events and functions.
Ensure compliance with Sodexo and client standards, including food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
Build strong relationships with hospital leadership, staff, and the community to ensure client satisfaction.
Utilize strong computer skills to manage operational systems, reporting, and performance metrics.
