Sodexo MAGIC is seeking a General Manager 6 for Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC. Atrium Health-Cabarrus is a 457-bed acute care medical facility. Atrium Health, one of the nation’s leading and most innovative healthcare organizations, provides a full spectrum of healthcare and wellness programs throughout North and South Carolina. Their diverse network of more than 900 care locations includes academic medical centers, hospitals, healthcare pavilions, physician practices, destination centers, surgical and rehabilitations centers, home health agencies, nursing homes, and hospice care.  

 

The General Manager will be responsible for department financials and daily operations of "Expressly For You"  patient dining, 3 retail outlets, and catering.  This position will support both frontline and salaried managers. This position will oversee two locations on the same campus. The candidate must have client relation skills and proven record of high employee engagement.

have oversight of day-to-day operations;deliver high quality food service;achieve company and client financial targets and goals; develop and maintain client and customer relationships;develop strategic plans;create a positive environment; and/orensure Sodexo standards are met.

have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/orPreference to demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) or is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
