Responsibilities

Expectations & Responsibilities:

 

Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residentsRent collection and complete all financial reportingCoordination of vendorsInspect and arrange maintenance to meet company standardsEnsure compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agenciesJob duties may be added, deleted, or modified at any time by CA Management Team

 

Qualifications

Your Skills:

Minimum of 1-2 years community management experience preferredStudent Housing background strongly preferredExceptional sales and closing experience, preferably in student-housing marketsPossess the skills to effectively recruit, train and coach for exceptional sales experienceExcellent customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead team to perform at a high levelExperience with Student Housing Turnover and/or renovation projectsStrong technical skills, including Excel and property management softwareExperience with Entrata a plus!Ability to manage a financial planDynamic leasing and marketing background, with the ability to foster creative ideas for increased traffic and incomeA can-do attitude with the tenacity to get the job done!Proven ability to perform in all areas of Property ManagementFloating schedule, to include weekends and eveningsAttendance and reliable transportation are required
