Job Requirements:

Proven experience in manufacturing management

Strong leadership and managerial skills

Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field; MBA preferred

Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools

Preferred Skills:

Experience within a similar industry

Analytical mindset for data interpretation and strategic decision-making

Job Responsibilities:

Recruit, develop, and empower a skilled team dedicated to manufacturing excellence

Generate and present comprehensive reports on manufacturing performance

Oversee all facets of manufacturing to ensure efficiency, service delivery, and profitability

Drive profitability through effective management of manufacturing operations

Focus on on-time delivery for customers and report progress to the management team

Oversee all insourcing activities adhering to the insourcing priority list

Manage all stocking equipment (e.g., trucks, Cormac products)

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
