\n \n Job Description

Seeking a seasoned and experienced HOA General Manager to oversee all operations of a high-rise luxury condominium building located in downtown Austin. Staffing includes, concierge, maintenance, housekeeping and security. This position is the primary liaison with the HOA board of directors and property management.

\n

This property reflects a premium level of service in a high-touch, hands-on community, which is also part of a mixed-use development including commercial space on the ground floor. The GM will set the standards in service, responsiveness and attention to detail for the onsite staff.

\n

Key responsibilities include:

\n\nManaging all property operations, resident relations and communication\nImplementation of Board policy and directives, governance and project oversight\nPrepare and lead monthly board of director meetings\nConduct annual homeowner meetings and board elections\nPrepare annual budgets and provide analysis of monthly financial statements\nRecruits, trains and manages all onsite employees, providing a positive workplace\nLiaison between board and legal counsel as well as advisory committees\nDirect contact with City departments on various issues\nOversees facility management and capital project management\nParticipates with long term strategic planning\nEnsures a high level of employee engagement, and thus homeowner satisfaction\n\n Requirements

Education & Experience

\n\nBachelor’s degree preferred\n5-7 years of HOA property management, preferably mid-highrise building in an urban setting\n\n
