Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and train team membersMaintain schedules to ensure all critical shifts are coveredEnsure compliance with brand and food safety standardsAchieve targets for sales, labor, and cogsComplete necessary paperwork and employee onboarding

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General ManagerAbility to work 50 hours per week with flexibility to ensure all critical shifts are coveredHands-on leadership approachPassion for delivering exceptional customer service and team training
