**Job Title: General Manager** **Job Description** The General Manager oversees all company snow & ice control operations. This includes managing all field operations, sub-contractors, customer relationships, sales/business development activities, and ensuring the division meets profitability goals. - Maintain/develop measures to track renewals, new sales conversion, and close rates - Provide weekly sales updates to senior management, including forward-looking statements to project weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales totals, as well as comparisons to prior years' results - Calculate bid rates for each account for individual and group job costing - Prepare presentation materials for more involved bids as needed - Develop and implement marketing initiatives to help facilitate sales goals and meet annual company sales/profitability objectives - Identify new tools to further streamline the lead/sales generation process - Increase overall sales of the snow & ice control division while maintaining margins and profitability **Hard Skills** + Operations + Landscaping + Profit and Loss **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Denver, Colorado. **Work Environment** 14 people in Colorado.
