Prior experience as an Assistant or General Manager in food service is required for this position. Jimmy John's experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and feedback during shiftsSchedule employee shifts and assign dutiesTrain and coach new employeesAssist in recruiting and hiringManage inventory and vendor ordersReview P&L statementsEnsure compliance with health and safety standardsAddress customer and employee concerns

Skills:

Ability to work 50+ hours per weekPrior experience in food service managementProficient in operating commercial slicersCapable of lifting 30-40 lbs. regularlyBasic computer skillsCompletion of Jimmy John Manager Certification TrainingServSafe Certified
