Qualifications:

Minimum age: 18 years oldHigh school diploma, some post high school education a plus1-2 years previous leadership experience in some capacity1-2 years experience in the food service businessServeSafe Certification a plusStrong references from people who have worked for you and who you've worked for.

Responsibilities:

Financial and inventory managementCrew assignment, training and motivation of the team during your shiftCustomer relationship managementFull accountability for how the shift runs under your watch.Work both opening and closing shifts each weekMorning shift: 8:00am - 5:00pmMid Shift: 11:00am - 8:00pmAfternoon shift: 2:00pm - 11:00pm.
