Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a dedicated General Manager with experience with digital printing technology, to join their team in Johannesburg, GP. Being a general manager of a large format digital printing company requires management of several people within a few business units. In this role you will manage a team of 20 – 25 people.

Responsibilities:

Oversee operations within the graphic studio Manage machine operation and routine maintenance Supervise the conversion process and finishing tasks Coordinate and manage installation crews Oversee packaging, dispatch, and delivery operations Support and oversee the sales department Manage administrative tasks and financial processes

Requirements:

Must have their own car Familiar with digital printing technology Computer literacy Costumer service Time management Leadership Problem solving Organisation Communication Teamwork Conflict resolution Collaboration Good work ethic Project management
