THE BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GENERAL MANAGER INCLUDE: + Ensuring Safety & Profitability while adhering to the Glaser Group's Business Plan. + Producing Manager Schedules, Requests/Punches & Approvals. + Submit Daily & Weekly Deposits, Payroll & Safe Accountability & Audits. + Working with the Kitchen Dept Manager on these Initiatives: o Food Safety Checks & Calibrations o Operating Supply Inventory & Ordering o Monitor Kitchen Operational Metrics and Targets + Work with the Guest Service Manager on these Initiatives: o Hospitality Standards & Overall Guest Satisfaction o POP and Signage o Monitor Operational Metrics and Targets + Work with the People Department Manager on these Initiatives: o Ongoing Team Training o Team Promotions, Recognition & Turnover o Team Schedules + The General Manager will report to directly the Area Supervisor.
