Responsibilities:

Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy’s Mission, Vision and Values Ensures their location is performing and has a laser focus in each functional area of the OKR (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements)  Monitor staffing levels across all departments and to ensure all positions are staffed appropriately. Coach, develop, and retrain under performers in sales and service expectations Ensure all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with state/federal/franchisor/company regulations are current  Continuously train team on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional development. Facilitates the resolution of customer service issues while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout their organization Promotes and implements new products, services, and initiatives Responsible for location’s payroll entry and inventory management Review payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability related opportunities Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and partner with Area Director to address performance concerns and celebrate performance wins
