Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our recently acquired Orange County Honda dealership. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction (CSI), growing volume, improving profits, and leading a team to consistently exceed performance goals. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our dealership’s reputation for excellence, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering a top-tier customer experience.

General Manager Key Responsibilities

 

Lead the overall operations of the dealership, ensuring that all departments (sales, service, parts, and finance) work cohesively to achieve business goals. Drive customer satisfaction by fostering a customer-first culture and ensuring high CSI scores. Manage daily operations to maintain a high volume of vehicle sales and service business while focusing on achieving profitability and revenue targets. Monitor and analyze financial performance, adjusting strategies to improve net profit. Hire, train, and motivate a team of department managers to ensure productivity, efficiency, and top-tier customer service. Foster a positive, inclusive, and results-oriented dealership culture that enhances employee engagement, reduces turnover, and builds long-term employee loyalty. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase foot traffic and enhance customer loyalty. Ensure compliance with all manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
