Opportunity summary: As a General Manager, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership of a box plant/manufacturing facility in the fast-paced corrugated packaging industry. In this role, you will have P&L accountability for up to $250M; and exercise your knowledge and skills to develop and lead people across safety, quality, compliance, sales and manufacturing, while building a strong culture of excellence.

What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 10 years of experience leading people and managing multiple box plants or manufacturing facilities with responsibility for large P&LMinimum 10 years of cross-functional experience in Sales, Manufacturing, Safety, Quality, Environmental Compliance, and Financial ManagementAbility to focus on outcomes that drive higher earnings, improve volume and lower costsAbility to create and promote a culture that propels high employee and customer satisfactionCapable of understanding how situations impact your decisions, behavior, communications and othersDemonstrated commitment to driving customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfactionAbility and discipline to manage your time and priorities in fast-paced and ever-changing environmentDemonstrated experience in sales and ability to build solid relationships and understand customer needs Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively and confidently communicate with a broad range of stakeholders including customers, associates, business unit management team and regional and corporate leadershipDemonstrated ability to inspire, lead, and develop team members
