Direct day-to-day operations, from skillful scheduling to fostering team development.Manage profit & loss with a keen focus on cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to excellence.Ensure unwavering compliance with safety, security, and health codes.Uphold our facilities through a proactive preventative maintenance program.

Qualifications:

2+ years of proven leadership experience in the food service industry, preferably QSR. Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash handling, and financial reporting.Familiarity with POS systems and their operation in a restaurant setting.Strong people-management skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and experience exemplifying best practices in the QSR environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.Ability to embrace a hands-on coaching mentality and show an unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service.
