Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth Lead and mentor the marketing communications team to ensure cohesive and effective execution of marketing initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful ATL & BTL campaigns Drive market creation initiatives to tap into new opportunities and expand the customer base Oversee the development and execution of product marketing plans to drive product awareness and sales Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of branding and communication activities Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies Provide strategic guidance on brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred 15-20 years of experience in marketing, branding, and communications Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and implementing marketing strategies Proven experience in driving product marketing initiatives
