Job Description

The General Manager will be responsible for:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholdersOversee the financial performance of the business, ensuring profitability and cost control.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirable.Extensive experience in a senior management role within the manufacturing industry,Capable, collaborative leaderPrevious P&L responsibilityWhat's on Offer
