We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and lead our team to success. Job Summary: The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of our food and beverage operations within the park. This role requires a combination of leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in food and beverage management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Management: - Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service and product delivery. - Recruit, train, and develop a team of managers and staff to meet operational goals. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes team engagement. - Financial Management: - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to achieve profitability targets. - Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and operational expenses. - Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs. - Customer Experience: - Enhance the customer experience by maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. - Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. - Gather feedback to continuously improve service offerings. - Operational Excellence: - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. - Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality sourcing of products. - Marketing & Promotion: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and events that attract park visitors. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence.
