Description We are seeking a General Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is primarily focused on supervising our manufacturing and distribution operations across nine locations. It offers a long term contract employment opportunity, with a focus on HR administration, full cycle recruiting, performance reviews, and managing employee conflicts in an industrial environment. Responsibilities: • Supervise the logistics and distribution across multiple locations. • Manage all aspects of Human Resources administration. • Implement and manage performance review processes. • Handle and resolve employee conflicts and disputes in a detail oriented and efficient manner. • Supervise the hiring processes, ensuring that all procedures are followed and that recruitment is done in a timely and efficient manner. • Manage the annual merit increase process. • Ensure all HR-related tasks are completed and turned in on time. • Develop and manage budgets for HR operations. • Lead the HR business partner distribution team. • Monitor and manage the sales recruitment process. Requirements • Proven experience as a General Manager with at least 7 years in a similar role • Demonstrated expertise in Hiring Processes and Full Cycle Recruiting • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration • Proficient in conducting Performance Reviews and Annual Merit assessments • Experience in managing Logistics & Distribution within a manufacturing environment • Ability to effectively handle and resolve Employee Conflicts • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
