We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to lead our Vertu Honda and Kia Bradford dealerships.  This is a rare opportunity to lead one of our dual franchise city centre sites with two leading brands in first class facilities.

We are looking for a leader with the determination and commitment to take our businesses forward.  The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of integrity and have the passion and energy to lead and develop a winning team culture.

You will be accountable for all aspects of the business, fostering manufacturer relationships, ensuring the operational excellence by strong people management skills and cost control, whilst driving profitability.  You must have strong leadership skills as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be.   You will also ensure that policies, processes, and legislation are adhered to, and that customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a General Manager within the sector, achieving excellence by delivering both financial, customer centric and colleague satisfaction results.

We are offering a competitive basic salary of £70,000 with an OTE up to £100,000 depending upon experience, a company car and the opportunity to earn strong-over performance bonuses along with the following Vertu Motors General Manager benefits:
