Key Responsibilities: + Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in workflow, production, and customer satisfaction. + Develop and execute business strategies that align with company objectives and growth targets. + Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians, administrative staff, and service advisors to foster a positive and high-performing work environment. + Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, profit margins, and cost controls, to ensure profitability and sustainability. + Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and customer service benchmarks. + Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and maintain service excellence. Requirements + 2+ years of experience in a managerial or operations role within the automotive, autobody, or related industries. + Proven ability to lead and motivate teams across production and customer service functions. + Strong understanding of profit-and-loss statements, budgeting, and cost controls. + Knowledge of automotive systems or processes is highly desirable. + Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
