Job DescriptionAs General Manager, you will:
Lead and manage the UK business to achieve business objectives.Overseeing the day-to-day management of business operations with a focus on sales growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives.Manage budget and resource allocation.Analyse and report on sales metrics and forecast future sales.Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues in a timely and effective manner.Coordinate with other department heads to ensure efficiency and consistency.Stay current with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.The Successful ApplicantThe General Manager should have:
A track record of selling Retail IT technology solutions. The requirement for selling technology solutions into the Retail sector is an absolute must for the role.Ideally an enterprise customer focus and take a hands on approach to sales as well as driving sales through teams.Both a sales and operational leadership background.A proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a multi functional team.A sales led background with a track record of delivering growth.Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and clients.Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales metrics and forecasting trends.The willingness to travel for client meetings, including weekly travel to their Leeds office.What's on OfferCompetitive salary package
