General Manager
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing profitability and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate and inspire a diverse team of restaurant staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house employees. Set clear expectations, provide training and development opportunities and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication and collaboration. Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management and vendor relations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards and company policies. Implement efficient procedures to optimize workflow and maximize productivity. Customer Service Excellence: Uphold a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts and financial goals in collaboration with the management team. Monitor sales performance, analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for cost control and revenue growth. Implement strategies to drive profitability while maintaining quality and value for customers. Marketing and Promotions: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives, promotion, and advertising campaigns. Utilize social media, online platforms and community engagement to increase brand awareness and attract new customers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive and relevant in the industry.     Qualifications: Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer service. Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
