We are currently seeking a General Manager to join our Office property management team. Our team’s priorities are:
Providing an experiential approach which guides a differentiated property management experience, resulting in better care and better businessSupport the exponential growth of our business by providing people integration and synergyDevelop our people for bigger and better rolesSupporting ambitions beyond the workplaceApplying new technology and data to drive changeAs the General Manager (GM), you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing a high-rise office building. You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff. You must be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship.

As a General Manager, you will contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices to drive results as a team. OPERATIONS
Develops, gains consensus for, and implements the Management Plan for assigned assets.Responsible for ensuring JLL internal compliance programs are completed.Responsible for lease administration process. Assist in managing tenant option rights and information.Competitively bids and prepares all service contracts to assure high quality and cost-effective services. Identify and initiate process improvements for all current property systems.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents (lease documents, claims of lien, etc.)Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior level management, clients, customers, peers and the general public.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, prorations, percentages, basic calculation of measurement of rent, parking fees, late fees, and volume. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. OTHER:Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office/Suite, and any other software program or piece of technology identified as standard for Jones Lang LaSalle or requested by the Client.
