Pay – $4,583.34 monthly + commissions for every unit sold at the store. Sales-driven person - A dedicated individual with a proven track record of achieving or overachieving sales goals. Bilingual - English and Spanish Open schedule - willing to work long hours. Driver´s License - valid with a clean record. Able to pass a drug test and background check.Experience – 3+ years of Supervisory / Management experience.

General Manager Responsibilities
Interview, hire, train, and direct the work of sales associates for appropriate headcount needs. Establish goals and monitor the performance of all sales consultants. Implement Store's monthly sales plan consistent with territory goals and objectives and sales forecasts. Work closely with Territory Manager to create and deliver store’s specific marketing initiatives.
