General Manager Executive Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will support the General Manager and fulfillment center Operations team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. Must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.

BASIC QUALIFICATONS:

- Previous +2 years of experience delivering support to one or two Sr. Manager or Director roles.

- Previous +2 years of experience managing travel reservations.

- Understanding of how to create a basic expense and reimbursement report.

- Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on-site events, meetings.



Key job responsibilities
- Strong background of administrative, secretarial support or other management
- Strong clerical skills - photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements
- Creating presentation using graphics
- Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center Staff
