THE JOB:

As the Multioutlet Restaurant General Manager, you’re the go-to person for making sure everything in the restaurants runs smoothly. This position requires a fluidity throughout all Food and Beverage outlets on property. You’ll lead a team of managers and staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences, while keeping an eye on the restaurant’s success. 


THE DAY-TO-DAY:

·         Lead the Team: Guide and support your Assistant Managers and the entire service team, ensuring everyone is working together to create a great atmosphere

·         Drive Success: Help restaurants reach its goals by bringing in more guests, optimizing reservations, and boosting sales.

·         Staff Training & Scheduling: Make sure the team is well-trained, scheduled properly, and ready to provide top-notch service. Audit and approve weekly payroll.

·         Implement Initiatives: Work on special projects and programs as directed by the company’s F&B leadership to keep the restaurant fresh and competitive.

·         Maintain High Standards: Ensure the restaurants looks great, operates smoothly, and follows all company service standards. Set policies and processes.

·         Focus on Guest Experience: Make sure every guest has an amazing dining experience and address any concerns promptly to keep customers happy.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

·         2 years of experience of prior relevant experience

·         Experience managing FOH employees under a collective bargaining agreement

·         Strong teamwork and communication skills.

·         Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

·         Experience working in a high volume restaurant or previous experience working in fine dining, quick service restaurant

·         Experience working with multiple Food and Beverage concepts

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$65,300.00 - $108,800.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
