**Storm Water Plans, LLC dba SWP Contracting and Paving** is in search of a seasoned General Manager with civil construction experience to lead the business that performs work primarily in Arizona and neighboring states. The Candidate should have experience overseeing a heavy civil construction and business operations as well as human resources, accounting & finance, and business development.
