\nWhat will I be doing?
As the General Manager, you would be responsible for managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Recruit, interview and train team members\nOversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurements\nIdentify operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct those deficiencies\nServe as primary liaison with hotel owners and corporate entities\n
What are we looking for?
\nBasic Qualifications:
\n\nA minimum of 3 years General Manager experience managing a property with $25M or greater revenue or 5 years Hotel Manager experience managing a property with $50M or greater revenue.\nSuccess in building strong service cultures, increasing team member engagement and guest loyalty.\nThorough understanding of revenue management and commercial strategies.\nAbility to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and partnerships.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:

\nThe annual salary range for this role is $250K - $290K and is based on commensurate experience.
