Qualifications and Experience:
Senior certificate (NQF 4).
Degree or diploma in Logistics Management.
Financial Management qualification.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
At least 8-10 years of experience in financial management.
Capabilities and Competencies:

Understanding of business ethics and values.
Skilled in multi-functional project management.
Strong grasp of strategic planning and execution.

Key Performance Indicators:
Operations:
Direct and coordinate production, pricing, sales, and distribution activities. Oversee the development of plans, process improvements, and performance monitoring. Assign work schedules and duties to direct reports. Review financial statements and performance data to ensure goal achievement. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Implement departmental goals, policies, and processes. Oversee staffing, training, and address HR issues in collaboration with HR. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and policies. Maintain positive employee relations and a productive work culture. Ensure efficient service delivery and resolve operational challenges. Sales:
Translate business plans into actionable steps to achieve sales and revenue targets. Manage and develop the sales team, ensuring high client satisfaction. Formulate and implement client strategies to meet sales objectives. Maintain and update client records, fostering relationships with key clients. Oversee recruitment and motivation of the sales team. Prepare resources to meet future service and sales demands. Represent the company at functions and events. Finance:
Contribute to and approve annual budgets. Control departmental resources within budget guidelines. Compile and present budget reports to the Managing Director. Oversee revenue, expenses, and cash flow management. Analyse financial reports to identify cost reduction opportunities.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
Willingness to work after hours and on Saturdays.
National business travel required.
