Operational Excellence:
\n\n\n\tPerform and supervise store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers and securing facility.\n\tConduct regular store meetings to ensure accurate and consistent communication with employees.\n\tMaintain payroll budget and weekly hours to ensure appropriate sales floor coverage by reviewing store schedule and adjusting as necessary to meet the needs of the business.\n\tSupervise operational responsibilities to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all markdowns, transfers, damages, shipping and receiving in order to maintain the integrity of the inventory.\n\tOversee loss prevention policies and procedure to be 100% compliant.\n\tKnowledgeable in all Health & Safety policies and procedures. \n\tEnsure all documentation relating to Health & Safety are well recorded and maintained. \n\tEnsure standard operating procedures are executed and policies followed \n\tEnsure visual merchandising directives are implemented efficiently as per direction and visual standards are maintained at all times.\n\n\n

Knowledge, Skill, Experience:
\n\n\n\tProfessional sales development and exceptional interpersonal skills\n\tStrong leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and client base. \n\tAbility to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business\n\tComfortable in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team-environment\n\tExcellent organizational, analytical, time management and leadership skills\n\tProficient in windows-based software such as excel, word and outlook \n\n\n\n\n
Physical Requirements:
\n\n\n\tAvailable to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekend and holidays.\n\tStanding for extended period of time. \n\tAble to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds.\n\tComfortable climbing ladders. \n\n\n\n\n
Qualifications:
\n\n\n\tCollege degree in related field preferred \n\t5+ year’s management experience in a luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.\n\tExperience operating a high volume and or overlooking multiple store locations.\n\t \n

The expected base salary range for this position is from $85k -$90k. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
