We are looking for a General Manager for our Custom Home Operations in Cookeville:
A National leader in custom home building, is looking for a General Manager in Cookeville/Crossville TN to lead their new sales center for new home developments.
The candidate must possess a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of residential construction. Someone from/familiar with the Cookeville TN area & knows the local vendors/subs/etc to acclimate more quickly to the operations. This company is looking for the right person with “high energy” and strong leadership that will constantly be driving the Production & Sales processes.
Here is the basic breakdown of their approach to managing all aspects of the branch operations, sales & production for our office clientele & staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Direction & Leadership with New Homes (Close Communications with Client/Homeowners for total Satisfaction) Production Experience on Custom Homes (Work with field staff to ensure schedule/budgets/quality are all on track) Administration of P&L / Financials & Staff Management
