Panera at ProMedica Toledo Hospital opened in November 2019. It is one of three retail outlets within the hospital and does $1.4 million in sales a year. **The successful candidate will:** + have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product + achieve company and financial targets and goals to include oversight food costs, labor costs + develop and maintain customer relationships + motivate, coach, mentor and develop 20 frontline (hourly) staff members and 5 supervisors + ensure Sodexo/Panera standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs **Is this opportunity right for you?
