RideNow Powersports Burleson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a General Manager to join the largest powersports organization in the country.
The ideal candidate needs proven success in Powersports General Management or General Sales Management experience.

Responsibilities:
Implement & execute retail best practices to drive company sales objectives. Interpret dealership and group related key data points to adjust daily, monthly, quarterly activity, & objectives to meet sales goals. Create and drive a culture of training, employee development paths, and maintain accountability to the defined company's processes and procedures. Support all sales department related activities: desk management to include deal structuring, presenting numbers, closing deals, daily sales meetings, sales process training, showroom floor, and inventory management. Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director/Team on area, local and regional functions including inventory, accounting audits, marketing, and recruiting. Total dealership department fiscal responsibility. To include: sales, service, parts, and lifestyle. Ensure customer care and satisfaction by ensuring best practices are consistent throughout each department, and promptly resolving customer concerns and questions
