Job Title: Retail General Manager
Location: Lake City, FL

Summary
Directs and controls the administration of a Sales Center. Plans, develops and implements goals in conformance with operational procedures and authorities given by the corporate office. Directly responsible for profits\/losses of the Sales Center by performing the following duties or through subordinate supervisors.\n
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n
\u2022 Plans and develops growth of the operation. Looks for opportunities to expand. Does market evaluation of competitors.
\u2022 Responsible for all hiring, training and development of Sales Center employees to ensure that they will remain long term productive employees.
\u2022 Conducts regular training programs for all employees.
\u2022 Support your team to continually prioritize leads.
\u2022 Help move transactions through the pipeline.
\u2022 Ensure that processes are followed throughout the sales process.
\u2022 Create and maintain good working relationships with lenders, installers, and contractors.
\u2022 Maintain a pristine appearance of Sales Center to be customer friendly.
\u2022 Embrace the value of great customer experience.
\u2022 Be engaged with your customers and your team.\n
Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises Sales Center employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.\n

Qualifications
\u2022 Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

\u2022 Successful manufactured home sales experience is preferred\n
Education and\/or Experience
\u2022 Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or
\u2022 5 years retail customer sales \/ large ticket sales experience and\/or
\u2022 Equivalent combination of education and experience.
\u2022 Prefabricated\/Manufactured home industry experience preferred but not required.
Other Qualifications
Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time annually.\n
