General Manager RF

Essential Functions:

Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies aligned with the company goals, including profitability, growth of the business and operational improvements Mange financial performance, manage budgets, analyze financial data to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth Identify/hire top talent, and motivate staff across various departments, including operations, service and customer experience, to encourage and ensure high performance   Manage day to day operations ensuring safety compliance is a priority Foster a customer focus culture, address customer concerns, and strive to enhance customer satisfaction Oversee sales activities, partnership with vendors and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth Track key performance metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of all Energy policies, procedures, and programs. Maintains an understanding of all federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to petroleum distribution and service.  Collaborate and leverage field and corporate partners to ensure strong overall company performance to impact and influence future grow

Experience:

This position requires a minimum of 4 years’ experience leading people. A minimum of 4 years’ experience managing a full-service energy operation is strongly preferred.

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

This position has a major role in the Market’s safety program. The success of these programs is dependent on the General Manager's leadership and commitment to reducing employee injuries, vehicle accidents, and liability claims.
