Minimum requirements:
Matric qualification 5+ years management experience preferably in the automotive industry  Proficiency in administration, financial management, and inventory control Experience with OEM reporting Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software Responsibilities Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction metrics Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand market share and capitalize on growth opportunities Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, dealerships, and customers, to ensure seamless operations and maximize revenue potential Managing and overseeing sales activities across two to three floors, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal customer service delivery A valid driver's license and own transportation
