THE JOB:

The Mayfair Supper Club is more than just a restaurant—it’s an immersive dining and entertainment experience that brings the glamour of old-school Vegas and New York supper clubs to life. We’re looking for a visionary General Manager to lead this high-energy venue, overseeing all front-of-house operations, team leadership, guest engagement, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who thrives in high-volume, entertainment-driven dining environments, excels in guest service and VIP relations, and can collaborate seamlessly with culinary and beverage teams to create an unforgettable experience for every guest.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence and maintaining high guest satisfaction in a lively, high-volume setting.

Oversee financial performance, labor productivity, cost control, and revenue optimization, ensuring operational goals are met.

Collaborate with entertainment teams to seamlessly integrate live performances into the dining experience.

Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu execution, pricing strategies, and service enhancements.

Oversee team development, mentorship, and training, ensuring front-of-house staff embody the highest service standards.

Maintain and enhance bar and cocktail program execution, ensuring consistency and guest satisfaction.

Handle guest feedback, conflict resolution, and operational adjustments to ensure an exceptional and consistent experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

2+ Years of prior relevant experience in a similar restaurant environment.

Experience leading union employees.

Comfortable working in a loud, music-filled lounge environment with DJs and live entertainment.

Strong overall knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation.
