General Office-Administrative Assistant
Description

Purpose of the Job: 

The General office- Administrative Assistant is responsible for a facility and commercial support functions primarily related to daily billing, shipping support, inventory control, returns/credits and office supply management. 

Essential Functions:

Professionally administering and directing incoming office calls.Greets visitors and guests in a professional and timely manner.Perform a variety of office/clerical duties such as daily billing, scanning documents, incoming mail, and filing.Inventory control, inventory receiving, daily cycle count processing, goods receipt/invoice receipt reconciliation. Assists in the ordering, and distribution of office supplies.Manages internal and external operations requests for expedites, tracking information, and certification request. Assist with warehouse functions such as light packaging and organization as needed.

Experience: 

SAP experience Word and Excel knowledge

Qualifications to Meet Minimum Requirements:

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent GEDMinimum 2 years general office experienceExcellent communication and relationship building skillsExcellent computer skillsProficient in Microsoft Office including MS ExcelStrong verbal and written skillsGood organizational skillsDetail oriented and ability to multi-taskAble to work in a team environment while fulfilling objectives with minimum direct supervision
