Description
The General Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for all facility and commercial support functions primarily related to daily billing, shipping support, inventory control, returns/credits and office supply management.

Professionally administering and directing incoming office calls.Greets visitors and guests in a professional and timely manner.Perform a variety of office/clerical duties such as daily billing, scanning documents, incoming mail, and filing.Inventory control, inventory receiving, daily cycle count processing, goods receipt/invoice receipt reconciliation. Assists in the ordering, and distribution of office supplies.Manages internal and external operations requests for expedites, tracking information, and certification request. Assist with warehouse functions such as light packaging and organization as needed.Experience:
SAP experience Word and Excel knowledgeQualifications to Meet Minimum Requirements:

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Drug Test The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
