Description We are offering a PART TIME contract employment opportunity for a General Office Clerk in Post Falls, Idaho, United States. In this role, you will be expected to manage various administrative tasks, from managing mail to data entry, in a detail oriented and efficient manner. Responsibilities: • Accurately carry out data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel and Word. • Efficiently handle the opening and sorting of daily mail. • Perform photocopying and scanning tasks as required. • Manage and organize files to ensure easy retrieval. • Undertake special projects as assigned. • Stamp papers and other documents as required. • Carry out shipping functions when necessary. • Provide top-notch customer service at all times.
