**Job Title: General Operator** **Job Description** Join one of the world's leading agricultural companies in helping farmers feed the world while protecting the planet. As a General Operator, you will perform a variety of tasks based on the season, including seed packaging, maintenance, and harvest activities. The role requires working long hours and rotational shifts, including overtime as needed. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour with a shift differential if applicable. You may be exposed to soybean and corn dust. Steel toe work boots and long pants are required, and some areas will also require long sleeves. **Hard Skills** + Basic computer skills + Operate dryer and field equipment + Read, write, speak, and understand English + Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds **Soft Skills** + Ability to work independently or with a team + Ability to adjust to changing conditions and anticipate needs + Ability to make independent decisions + Maintain enthusiasm, good attitude, honesty, and respect **Work Environment** The role involves working in various environments, including indoors and outdoors, and walking on uneven surfaces. Safety standards must be maintained at all times, and emergency procedures followed when necessary.
